Competition Terms
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
It is a condition of entry to the competition that these rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
To enter the competition entrants must purchase one or more items online at www.shush-fashion.co.uk between 03/11/2022 at 08:00 and 05/11/2022 at 19:45. Only orders within the designated entry period will be considered. Any form of entry other than as described in these Terms and Conditions is void.
The minimum purchase value is £1.00, there is no upper purchase limit.
One main prize will be offered – a refund of the order value (excluding shipping costs).
A winner will be chosen at random on 05/11/2022 and the Winner accepts that their name will be posted on Facebook and Instagram. The winner will be contacted via email, phone or social media to be notified of their win. The winner must respond to the notification within 24hrs, in order to claim the prize.
As the value of the prize is a refund equal to the value of the goods ordered, there will be no additional refund provided should the customer return or exchange any of the goods purchased. If any goods purchased are not suitable, an exchange will be offered in the first instance, a return will not receive additional refund.
The value of the prize will be refunded to the orders original payment method, including debit card, credit card, gift-voucher, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal or Klarna. No alternative payment method will be permitted.
Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Shush Fashion is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries, and reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.
Shush Fashion will not share your information with companies outside the group nor use your information for marketing purposes without your consent.
Entries that are found to contravene these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void, regardless of the stage of the competition. In the event that the entry of a winner is declared null and void, an alternative winner will be selected.
The prize is not transferable. No other cash alternatives are available. Shush Fashion reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
The winner is required to confirm acceptance of the prize, and their contact details and postal address when contacted. In the event that the winner does not accept the prize, or does not comply with these conditions, Shush Fashion reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Shush Fashion and, accordingly, Shush Fashion may at its discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Shush Fashion as a result thereof.
