How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You'll receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Are there any charges?
- Returns to a Shush store are free
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if using your own courier or postal service
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
