We wanted to make you aware of the anticipated disruption the planned Royal Mail strike will have.
On the strike days (26th, 31st Aug, 8th, 9th Sept), we will continue to process orders and send them to the Post Office. However, there will be no collections on these dates by Royal Mail.
Deliveries to customers by Royal Mail will resume the day after strike action finishes. Parcels sent the day before, during or in the days after any strike action will be subject to delay.
Please consider that delays are expected during the affected period which are out of our control. Unfortunately, should your parcel be affected, we will be unable to contact Royal Mail for tracking information. The best way to track your parcel is by visiting www.royalmail.com/tracking
Our Free Click & Collect service and larger parcels sent via Collect+ / Yodel are not affected by the strike disruption.
