Job Title: Store Manager x1
Location: Liverpool Area
Hours: Full-time (40 hours)
Salary: Competitive

Job Title: Store Assistant x2
Location: Liverpool Area
Hours: Part-time (16 hours)
Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Assist customers with their purchases.
• Maintain a high level of store standards and cleanliness.
• Utilise a till system to process sales and refunds.
• Maintain accurate records for online Click & Collect collections and returns.
• Communicate effectively with the support team and customers.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• A drive and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly in a team.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Able to work without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in Retail Store Management (Manager Role Only)
• All applicants must be aged 16 and above.
