Job Title: Store Manager x1
Location: Liverpool Area
Hours: Full-time (40 hours)
Salary: Competitive
Job Title: Store Assistant x2
Location: Liverpool Area
Hours: Part-time (16 hours)
Salary: Competitive
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
- Assist customers with their purchases.
- Maintain a high level of store standards and cleanliness.
- Utilise a till system to process sales and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records for online Click & Collect collections and returns.
- Communicate effectively with the support team and customers.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A drive and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexibly in a team.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Able to work without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in Retail Store Management (Manager Role Only)
