Competition Terms
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
It is a condition of entry to the competition that these rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
To enter the competition entrants must like, share and tag 3 friends in our Facebook Post, between 25.03.2021 at 19:00 and 01.04.2021 at 20:00. Only entries within the designated period will be considered. Any form of entry other than as described in these Terms and Conditions is void.
One main prize will be offered – a Ropes & Twines chocolate egg. Awarded to a winner who resides within the locality of Shush Fashion, this locality is defined as the Liverpool (L) Post Code area only. If the winner resides outside of the (L) Post Code area, the prize will instead be a £20 Gift Voucher to be used online at www.shush-fashion.co.uk only.
A winner will be chosen at random on 1st April 2021 and the Winner accepts that their name will be posted on Facebook and Instagram. The winner will be contacted via email, phone or social media to be notified of their win. The winner must respond to the notification within 24hrs, in order to ensure that the prize can be delivered in time for Easter.
As the main prize is edible, the winner must inform Shush Fashion if they have any allergies which may cause a reaction in respect of the ingredients used in the prize. Shush Fashion can provide, on request, a list of ingredients used, but accepts no liability or responsibility in respect of any allergic reaction sustained as a result of non-disclosure by the winner.
Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Shush Fashion is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries, and reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.
Shush Fashion will not share your information with companies outside the group nor use your information for marketing purposes without your consent.
Entries that are found to contravene these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void, regardless of the stage of the competition. In the event that the entry of a winner is declared null and void, an alternative winner will be selected.
The prize is not transferable. No cash alternatives are available. Shush Fashion reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
The winner is required to confirm acceptance of the prize, and their contact details and postal address when contacted and be available to receive the prize at a time as agreed by both parties. In the event that the winner does not accept the prize, or does not comply with these conditions, Shush Fashion reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Shush Fashion and, accordingly, Shush Fashion may at its discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Shush Fashion as a result thereof.
