Once you have requested a return, we will review your request and approve it within the terms of our policy.

Use our Collect+ Returns option and you can simply drop off your return at one of thousands of locations across the UK. Most are open early 'til late 7 days a week.

Select Collect+ and we'll provide you with a convenient returns label, where you can simply drop and go, what's more, you can track the progress of your return all the way back to Shush! This service is highly rated from customer reviews on Trustpilot.

Collect+ Returns are charged at £4.40 + VAT and this will be deducted from your refund.

Please include the following information.

  • Name and Address
  • Order Number
  • Items for Return (Including Size & Style if necessary)
  • Reason for Return

You are required to send items back to us at your own cost via any courier or Royal Mail if items do not suit your requirements and this will also include items that do not fit, not suitable, wrong item selected, incorrect sizing, not same as on the website.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Keep your receipt!
You must keep safe a valid postage receipt including parcel weight for all return parcel enquiries. A valid postage receipt including tracking number must be provided in case of any parcels lost in transit.

Any non-delivery cases will not be valid without this receipt which includes with us, Royal Mail or any other courier service used. It is the responsibility of the sender to open a claim for any parcels lost in transit with the courier.
